Hospital charity CW+ has recently collaborated with the Chelsea Arts Club to host a new exhibition of works at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital which can be found on the 1st Floor walkway between Lift Banks B and C.

Chelsea Arts Club has been based in Kensington and Chelsea for 125 years and several artists from the club are represented in CW+’s extensive art collection throughout the hospital, helping to improve the patient environment and experience.

To celebrate this collaboration, the charity recently hosted an event at the hospital with some of the artists from the exhibition and members from the club, and staff from the hospital including Chief Executive Lesley Watts and Medical Director Miss Zoë Penn.

Ginger Gibbons, Vice Chairman of the Club and Chairman of the Art Committee, said: “The idea was to involve the hospital with its local community and for the club to support an outstanding hospital. Many of our members have received first class treatment here.

“I hope this revolving display of members work will show our gratitude and contribute to making a visit here a little less stressful.”
