Building better Perinatal Mental Health services

21 October 2015

Can you help improve Hounslow's mental health services? NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are responsible for buying and planning health services in their local area.

Can you help improve the mental health services in three of our local boroughs?

NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are responsible for buying and planning health services in their local area. Hammersmith and Fulham CCG are working in partnership with Ealing CCG and Hounslow CCG to plan and redesign mental health services across the three boroughs.

A key priority is perinatal mental health – services for mothers and their families from conception until their child is one year old. The CCGs want to ensure that these services meet the needs of the local residents who will be using them, and West Middlesex University Hospital is calling for current service users to share their knowledge and expertise by emailing to help with the redesign process.
