Who can become a member?

You can become a patient member if you are 16 or older and have been a patient or carer in the past three years.

You can become a public member if you are 16 or older and live in one of the following boroughs:

  • Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
  • City of Westminster
  • London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
  • London Borough of Wandsworth
  • London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
  • London Borough of Hounslow
  • London Borough of Ealing

Why become a member?

Membership is completely free of charge.

By becoming a member of the Trust, you will play a vital role in the way we develop our services. You can choose to get involved as much or as little as you like. You can just receive regular information about the Trust’s plans and progress or you can:

  • Vote in the Council of Governors elections
  • Stand for election to the Council of Governors
  • Take part in developing and improving services

All members will:

  • Be invited to comment on new service developments
  • Be invited to the Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting and Open Day
  • Receive personal invitations to free health events and other talks
  • Receive email newsletters when you provide us with your email address

Volunteering

Volunteers make an enormous difference to the experience of patients, making the environment friendlier and more comfortable for our patients and their visitors. It is a great way to meet people, learn skills, gain in confidence and, most importantly, make a direct difference to people’s lives.

Charitable support continues to play a crucial role in so much of what the Trust is able to achieve.
