Equality Analysis
Equality Analysis (formerly known as Equality Impact Assessments) is a tool that our staff use to help identify new or existing policies or services which have a potentially negative impact on groups of staff or communities. Once identified, changes can be made address these issues.
By highlighting the impact we can ensure that we make changes to the policies or services so that they benefit all.
